Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options through trusted carrier posten which will transfer to your local delivery agency after trasition from noway to order country. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic shipping (Norway): 2–7 business days

  • International shipping (Europe): 4–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Sartivo is not responsible for delayed or lost orders caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Customer not collecting packages on time

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

Sartivo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered. However, we may assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.


7. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

Sartivo is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the item

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will assist you in resolving the issue.
