Sartivofashion – Refund & Return Policy

At Sartivo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully pleased, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with EU consumer rights).

 


2. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (optional)

You will receive instructions and the return address after contacting us.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • Sartivo is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

A refund may be reduced or denied if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use.

  • Original tags are missing.

  • The product is damaged after delivery.

  • The return is outside the allowed time frame.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If you want a different size or color, you may return the product and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide a refund if:

  • The product is used, worn, or washed.

  • There are stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  • The return is attempted after the allowed period.

  • The product was marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
